How can I Help?
We are striving to build a place at Winter Park Memorial Hospital where infants will be born into a cradle of comfort and care. A place where breast cancer is detected and treated early, and removed through minimally invasive means. A place where families gather together to celebrate life, to care for one another. A place where physicians watch state of the art surgical procedures and collaborate to learn.
The Women’s Health Center at Winter Park Memorial Hospital will provide the very best, female-specific care in all areas from birth care and breast care, to heart care to ministering to a woman’s and her family’s spiritual needs.
As a complement to the Women's Health Center, Winter Park Memorial Hospital will also feature an expanded surgical learning center. Winter Park Memorial Hospital has been training outstanding surgeons since the hospital was founded over 50 years ago.
Winter Park Memorial Hospital is planning to build the next generation of surgical training space. The Surgical Learning Center at WPMH will feature a five-station anatomy lab, a 40-50 personal state-of-the-art conference center, and access to the nation’s leading surgical suites.
This dedicated space will allow for physicians to train in a real-time setting, while providing a dedicated space for additional hands-on learning. Highlighting the skills of our nationally-recognized minimally invasive gynecological surgeon, and outstanding orthopedic surgeons, the Surgical Learning Center lays the foundation for the next generation of medical learning.
Support from our community is what really brings the Florida Hospital experience full circle. Generosity and compassion from people like you keep our community thriving.
