Advanced Operating Rooms

For complex surgery, there are several operating rooms that feature a state-of-the-art integration system which allows for increased efficiency in patient care. The integration systems feature electronic documentation, PACS imaging, equipment control and eventually video conferencing. PACS imaging is a tool that allows physicians to access items such as MRI, CT or other critical patient information during surgery all in one place, improving the physician's abilities to access information and quickly treat patients in surgery. The hospital also has the latest Laminar Flow technology in the operating rooms creating a more sterile environment for patients.

Rehabilitation Services

Spanning multiple medical disciplines, Florida Hospital Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation is dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual and psychological needs of individuals who, through injury or disease, have been limited in their ability to live a full and active life. At the heart of our rehabilitation services is a diverse team of physicians and specialists who are experienced at addressing a wide range of sports and rehabilitation issues and create individualized plans of care that promotes healing, health and wellbeing. Winter Park Memorial Hospital offers both inpatient rehabilitation as well as outpatient rehabilitation upon discharge.

Our friendly, service-oriented staff can make arrangements and do the research for you. Services are available to our employees, patients and visitors and will include:
